Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed for digital payments and wallet funding.

This policy explains how LOLLITECH reviews refund requests for Afta8 premium subscriptions, wallet deposits, duplicate charges, failed payments, and unauthorized transactions.

Digital subscriptions

Premium gives access to digital platform features. Once premium is activated and used, refunds may be limited unless required by law or caused by a verified payment/service issue.

Wallet deposits

Wallet deposits fund your Afta8 main wallet for supported in-app digital payments. Wallet balances are account balances inside Afta8 and are reviewed according to transaction records.

Duplicate or failed charges

If Paystack confirms a duplicate charge or a payment that failed but still debited your account, contact support with the payment reference so it can be investigated.

Unauthorized transactions

Report suspected unauthorized transactions immediately. We may ask for identity, account, and payment information before taking action.

Activated services

Payments for already activated digital services may not qualify for automatic refund. Each request is reviewed based on payment status, activation, usage, and applicable rules.

How to request a refund

Use the Contact page, choose Payments and wallet, and include your account email, amount, date, payment method, Paystack/reference ID, and reason.

Review timeframe

Refund reviews are normally acknowledged within 1-3 business days. Resolution time may depend on Paystack, banks, mobile money providers, and verification needs.

Refund destination

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment route where possible, or handled according to payment-provider rules.
