What is Afta8?

Afta8 is an adult 18+ social discovery and networking platform for creating profiles, discovering people nearby, sending chat requests, and chatting after approval.

Who can register?

Only adults who are at least 18 years old may register. Users must provide accurate account and profile information.

How does location discovery work?

The app uses saved latitude and longitude to sort and filter nearby profiles. Public pages use general places or approximate distance, not exact private addresses.

What does premium include?

Premium can include privacy mode, broader discovery, unlimited chat requests, visibility controls, and premium-only profile/contact features depending on active settings.

How do wallet deposits work?

Wallet deposits are processed as digital account funding. They may be used for supported in-app purchases and are not transferable between users unless a future feature clearly allows it.

How are Paystack payments processed?

Paystack securely processes card, mobile money, and supported payment channels. Afta8 stores payment references and transaction status, not full card details.

How long does activation take?

Successful payments usually update automatically after Paystack confirms the transaction. If there is a delay, contact support with your reference.

How can I request a refund?

Use the contact page and select payments. Include your email, phone if available, amount, payment date, and transaction reference.

How do I block or report someone?

Use the block or report controls from eligible profiles or conversations. Admins review reports before stronger account action.

Can I hide from discovery or maps?

Premium privacy controls can allow eligible users to hide from discovery, hide from the map, or manage location privacy settings.

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page or email support@afta8.com. Include the account email and transaction reference when relevant.

How do I delete my account?

Signed-in users can use the profile/account settings area to request or perform account deletion where available. Support can also guide you.
